As a sound designer and composer, I have always been fascinated by the interplay of light and sound in creating immersive and engaging experiences. Lightart installations are a perfect example of how visual and auditory elements can work together to evoke emotions and stimulate the senses.
Together with laserforum, I have made an enchanting piece for kasteeltuinen’s, Enchanted Gardens light festival.
Projects
As a freelance audio producer for Dutch Drone Shows, I was responsible for creating the soundtrack for the Gijon drone festival in Spain. The festival was a spectacular display of hundreds of drones flying in sync to create amazing shapes and patterns in the night sky. The soundtrack had to match the theme and mood of the show, as well as the movements and colors of the drones.
The show lasted for 10 minutes and featured cinematic elements and a techno / trance track inspired by “Evan Kendricks” that mesmerized the audience with its vibrancy and beat. The show was a dazzling audio-visual spectacle.

I’m so grateful to have been part of Stereo Sunday, the first big festival after a long hiatus. It was an incredible experience to work again as a show producer and to create an amazing show with light, lasers, fireworks and sound.
It was also an emotional moment to see 10,000 people enjoying themselves and feeling the festival vibe again. We are back, even if it was just for a brief moment. I hope this is the start of a new era for the festival industry.

During @zwartecross 2019 we presented a daily closing-show together with Laserforum to close the dansvloer stage for 4 days straight! It was an amazing experience yet again💥🚀!

A fantastic collaboration with Laserforum, a company presentation in Tenerife, this time featuring Omrons’ latest large-scale products; cardiovascular, respiratory, and exercise risk & treatment management were reviewed. The guests were overwhelmed thanks to a very detailed and well thought-out storyline. This really came into its own in combination with a specially written piece of music and a voice-over. In addition, through the use of ‘overwhelming’ images, Laserforum managed to touch every individual and see about Omron’s latest applications. Their rich history, its story and the translation into their vision: ‘Zero compromises on a healthier life’ came together perfectly.
